He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hamby and Estella Sexton Hamby. He is survived by: his siblings, Scotty Lee Seals of Gold Hill, NC, Gregory Allen Seals of Gold Hill, NC, Scott Lee Hamby of Salisbury, NC and Jennifer Hamby Foster of China Grove, NC.; and his stepfather Carl Hamby.
