She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Franklin Shue and Fannie Mae Shoaf Shue; and her siblings, Boyd Shue, Gary Shue, Tony Shue and Peggy Cranford.
She is survived by: her husband Marvin "Tot" Rowland; her children, Todd Rowland and Debbie R. Brown (Don); her siblings, Buck Shue, Sarah Harkey, Sue Beaver and Marsha Barringer; and her grandchildren, Angela Morton, Tiffany Wall, Hunter and Noah Rowland. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
