He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Eugene Hill and Marie Ketchie Hill; and his sister Jean Lefler. He is survived by: his wife Janet Misenheimer Hill; his children, Amber Smith (James) of Elkton, MD and Eric Hill of Gold Hill, NC; his nieces, Cindy Lefler of Rockwell, NC and Deanna Elmore of Rockwell, NC; and his brother-in-law Butchie Misenheimer of Mocksville, NC..
