She was predeceased by: her father Clyde Rummage. She is survived by: her mother Nancy Rummage (Ken Swoope); her son Tyler Williams; and her siblings, Bob Rummage (Donna), Kathy Rummage and Bill Rummage (Glinda).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Trinity United Church of Christ for The Carol Williams-Swoope Peace Pole Memorial Garden.
