He is survived by: his wife Judy Blackwelder Allman of Gold Hill; his sister Joan Eudy of Concord; his daughters, Heidi Allman of Concord and Bobbi; his grandchildren, Hannah Fisher, Ansley Carter, Rachel Ochoa and Jack Carter; and his great grandchildren, Ethan Mallard and Elijah Cabrera.
