She was predeceased by: her parents, Juan Mendiola and Ana Meno Concepcion; her husband Luis Pereda Blas; and her siblings, Isidro Mendiola (Dolores), Carmen Fernandez (Jose), Rita Benavente (Jose), Ana Toves (Juan), Jose Mendiola (Ana), Francisco Cruz and Jesusa Racelis (Douglas).

She is survived by: her adoptive children, Julie and Frank Blas; and her siblings, Rosa Cruz, Maria Sablan and Felipe Concepcion (Maria). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
