He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Baggett and Callie Ryals Baggett; and his siblings, Inez, William Poole, Robert and Thomas, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Linda N. Baggett; his stepchildren, Vicki, Bart, David, Darryl and Johnny Hawley; his daughters, Karen McLamb and Elaine Hudson; and his sister Edna Warren. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren.
