It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Michael McLeod of Godwin, North Carolina, who passed away on August 19, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Hamilton McLeod and Audrey Mae McLeod; and his brother Martin McLeod. He is survived by: his wife Juanita C. McLeod; his children, Gary M. McLeod, Jr. and Michelle Pleasant; his brothers, Steve McLeod and Doug McLeod; his grandchildren, Dillon Pleasant, Kaylee McCorquodale, Scott McLeod, Brianna McLeod, Brooklyn McLeod, Carrington McLeod, Kailey Harvell and Grayden Barefoot; and his great grandchildren, Arya Pleasant, Jensen Pleasant and Valerie Skipper. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
