With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Davis Jones (Godwin, North Carolina), who passed away on July 21, 2019 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Davis and Annie Tew Davis; her husband James Lacy Jones; her daughter Lois Frances Fippinger; and her granddaughter Debra Grveles.

She is survived by: her children, Steve Jones, Mary Pfender (David), Ruth Norris (Franky) and Barbara Spell (Michael); and her siblings, J. E. Davis and Margie Wilson. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.
