She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Blue and Bertha Blue; her husband Frank Jr. Elliott; and her children, James Elliott, Larry Elliott and Dorothy Ann Elliott.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Smith (Bobby) of Godwin, NC, Gloria Elliott, Cynthia Barnes of Linden, NC, Joyce Elliott of Fayetteville, NC, Carl Elliott of Linden, NC and Ronald Elliott of Dunn, NC; her siblings, Charles Blue of Godwin, NC, Willie Blue of Baltimore, MD and Mary Jane Collier of South Carolina; and her sister-in-law Lena Colvin of Fuquay-Varina, NC. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
