It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Danny Lewis Marley of Godwin, North Carolina, born in Greensboro, North Carolina, who passed away on April 12, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Harry "H. J." Marley and Viola Marley; his former wife Cathy Marley; and his daughter Wendy Marley. He is survived by: his children, Shane Marley (Jennifer Marley) of Panama City, FL, Daniel Marley (Shelley Marley) of Angier, NC, Ben Marley of Godwin, NC and Hannah Kadugyed (Levi Kadugyed) of Fort Drum, NY.; his grandchildren, Emma Marley of Panama City, FL, Ava Marley of Panama City, FL, Taylor Marley of Middlesex, NC, Alexandria Clayton of Muncy, PA, Wyatt Marley of Angier, NC, Nikolai Kadugyed of Fort Drum, NY and London Kadugyed of Fort Drum, NY; his great grandchild Xander Clayton of Angier, NC.; and his brothers, Rev. Doyle Marley (Sherrill) of Mayodan, NC and Ronnie Marley (Wanna) of Madison, NC.
