It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Ann Ezzell of Godwin, North Carolina, who passed away on July 22, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Craven and Ethel Prevatt Craven; her son Eugene W. Ezzell, III; and her sisters, Janice Barton and Kay Cribb.

She is survived by: her husband Eugene W. Ezzell, Jr.; her daughters, Kimberly Ann Barefoot of Godwin, NC, Joyce W. Bailey of Spivey's Corner, NC and Lisa M. Ezzell of Stedman, NC.; her grandchildren, Laura Hardison of Clinton, NC, Matthew Hardison of Erwin, NC and Daniel Beaird of Spivey's Corner, NC.; her great grandchildren, Waylon G. Jones, Rylie A. Jones, Harper J. Whitted and Greyson A. Falin; and her brother Jerry Craven.
