It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Dale Otten of Gloucester, North Carolina, who passed away on March 9, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry R. Barber and Thelma Seabrook Barber; her stepfather Robert A. Sidur; her husband Robert H. Otten; her children, Dale K. Otten and Gregory R. Otten; and her brother Richard T. Barber.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Emily Duckworth of Greenville, SC; her sister Charlotte Rowe of Marion, OH; her sisters-in-law, Carolyn Daniel of St. Louis, MO and Elaine Barber of Gloucester, NC; her caregivers, Janie Salter, Mariah Gillikin, Marla Lawrence and Patti; and also Mayra Guthrie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
