She was predeceased by: her parents, Emery Logan Lowe and Mary Jane Brown Lowe; and her siblings, Emily Ruth Lowe Childers, William Charles "Sonny" Lowe and Mary Helen Lowe Collins.
She is survived by: her husband Jack Kermit Childers; her sons, David Wayne Childers (Sharon) and Mark Lowe Childers (Tami); her grandchildren, Kristen Childers Dalton (Joe), William Ryan Childers (Angie), Corey Lee "Sarah" Childers, Matthew Craig Childers, Christian Joshua Childers and David Logan Childers; her nephew Mike Childers; and her nieces, Karen Mills and Melanie Hill. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
