He was predeceased by: his parents, John Rever and Ethel Huffman Miller; his wife Billie Jean Roten Miller; his daughter Delores Miller; and his siblings, Worth Miller, Jim Miller, Arnold Miller, Paul Miller, Andrew Miller, Clinton Miller, Arvil Miller and Sara Jane Pariler.
He is survived by: his daughter Darlene Blevins (Eugene) of Glendale Springs; and his sister Grace Nye of Wilkesboro. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
