She is survived by: her parent Annie Lee Franklin Duckworth; her children, Wendal Henson (Lisa), Angie Swink (Paul) and Ginger Parker; her grandchildren, Clay Henson (Jessica), Courtney Swink, Bella Henson and Tim Swink; her great grandchildren, Carter Henson, Tyler Swink and Abby Swink; and her sister Pearl Duckworth Dellinger. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
