He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Roy Williams and Joann Mathes Williams; and his daughter Brenda "Sissy" South. He is survived by: his wife Daisy Williams; his son Charles Earl Williams; his stepsons, Ronnie Dean South (Crystal), Terry South (Virginia) and Charles South (Tesa); and his sister Joyce Carroll (Tom).
