It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nona Blanch Moxley (Glade Valley, North Carolina), who passed away on February 20, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Moxley and Verda Suit Moxley; her husband Marshall Guy Pilkins; her children, Katherine "Kathy" Francis and Edward "Pete" Pilkins; and her siblings, Leona Dowell, Murtle Halsey and Bill Moxley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Guyda (Miguel Salazar) and Virginia (Ginger Blevins); her sister Jean Murray of Sparta, NC; and her nephew Ricky Dowell of Grassy Creek, NC.. She is also survived by six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
