She is survived by : her grandchild Corey Absher of Elkin; her daughter-in-law Karena Absher; her daughter Gracie of Glade Valley; and her siblings, Jay Shaw (Joyce) of Sparta, Ray Shaw (Wanda) of Sparta, Alvin Shaw (Lucy) of Camden, SC, Brian Shaw (Sherry) of Sparta, Lynn Shaw of Woodlawn, VA, Dennis Shaw (Dana) of Jonesville and Carolyn Andrews (Stan) of Sparta. She is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews; 20 great-nieces and nephews; one great-great-niece.
