She was predeceased by: her husband Mack Floyd Combs; her son Virgil Martin "Sonny" Combs; and her grandchildren, Megan Hollar and Marty Combs. She is survived by: her daughters, Marcelle C. Franklin of Glade Valley, Joy Cox Gardner of Mt, Peggy Shaw (Russell) of Glade Valley, Barbara Brooks (Wayne) of Cedar Park, TX, Dianne Bowers (Phil) of Dobson, Donna Brawley (Ralph) of Mooresville, Kathy Hollar (Mark) of Jonesville and Judy Bills (Brant) of New Bern.
