We are sad to announce that on April 7, 2021, at the age of 91, Harold William Wood of Glade Valley, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Wood and Mary Hanes Wood; and his siblings, Doris Norman and Clifton Wood. He is survived by: his wife Claudia C. Wood; his children, Michael, Steven Wood and Karen Wood Mollman; his grandchildren, Lee Mollman, Heather M. Caudill, Aaron Wood and Sarah Wood Swihart; and his great grandchildren, Nicholas, Ethan Caudill, Will, Charlie, Hayden Mollman, Ellis and Callum Swihart. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to either Mountain Valley Hospice and the Woltz Hospice Home, 945 Zephyr Road, Dobson, NC 27017 or to Mountain View Baptist Church, 1232 Mountain View Church Road, Hamptonville, NC 27020.
