He was predeceased by : his parents, David Franklin and Eula Burchette Jones; and his sisters, Ramah Lee Moxley and Betty Rae Spaulding. He is survived by : his wife Betty Lou Moxley Jones; his children, Barbara Halsey (Gary) of Glade Valley, Janie Ring (Allen) of Glade Valley, Susan Addison of Cornelius, Ricky Jones (Jodi) of Glade Valley and Tony Jones of Glade Valley; his grandchildren, Christopher Halsey, Andrew Halsey, Adam Ring, Laken Ring, Chelsea Jones, Devin Jones, Afton Barber and Samantha Jones; his great grandchildren, Ryden Ingram, Thea Halsey, Avery Doub, Alaina Christensen and Talen Choate; and his sisters, Gladys Jones of Sparta, Vaunita Bright of Sparta, Lojean Finney (Ronald) of Glade Valley and Wanda Choate (Bob) of Sparta. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
