He was predeceased by: his parents, J. C. Moore and Laura Russell Moore; and his brothers, Joe and John Moore. He is survived by: his wife Ann Clayton Moore; his daughters, Cindy Everhard (Jim) of Wisconsin, Kristi McDonald (Bill) of California and Jessica Husman (Pete) of Washington State; his stepsons, Chad Clayton of Wilmington, Jay Clayton (Cynthia) of Burlington, Steven Long (Tammy) of New Bern, NC and Michael Long of Clemmons, NC; his sister Helen Elliot of New Mexico; his sisters-in-law, Jamie Moore and Karen Moore; and his pet Grace. He is also survived by three grandchildren; three step grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
