He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Leroy and Annie Mae Payne Summers; and his brother-in-law Bobby Lee Brown. He is survived by: his wife Pat Baldwin Summers; his sons, Byron Summers (Crystal) and Phillip Summers (Becky); his grandchildren, Hannah Jean Summers, Gage Summers, Avery Summers, Alaina Summers, Bailey Summers, Olivia Summers and Sydney Summers; and his sisters, Wanda Brown and Gloria Stadler (Jack). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
