He is survived by: his wife Donna; his brother Sidney Chappell (Joy); his sister-in-law Ann Chappell; his nephew Jimmy Chappell; his nieces, Elizabeth Russell (Brian) and Priscilla Chappell; his children, Mike Farlow, Karen Farlow, Randall Hackett, Gwyn Hackett, Claude Smith, Tamara Smith, Craven Smith and Kim Smith; and his grandchildren, Ryan Hackett (Ashley), Cooper, Conner, Camron, Collin Smith, Micaela Farlow and Nate Farlow. He is also survived by numerous cousins, extended family, special friends.
