He was predeceased by: his parents, James T. McGowan and Dorothy Jesse Winkler McGowan; and his brother Larry McGowan. He is survived by: his children, Rob A. Craven (Krys) and Lynn A. Moyer (Dan); his grandchildren, Kailey, Chloe Craven, Naomi, Miriam and Issac Crosby; his stepdaughter Beth Ann Staton (Tom); his stepgranddaughter McKenzie Staton; his sisters, Donna M. Pope and Karen S. Morgan; and his sister-in-law Mary Ann McGowan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
