We are sad to announce that on August 12, 2021, at the age of 75, Peggy Jo Botts Bass of Gibsonville, North Carolina, born in McAdenville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Manley Botts and Darnella Jenkins Botts. She is survived by: her husband James K. Bass; her children, Connie (Gary King), Kim, Jonathan, Amanda (John Haith) and Melinda; and her siblings, Sandra Botts Nichols, Danny Botts, Roy Botts, Scott Botts and Stanley Botts. She is also survived by six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Building Fund of the First Baptist Church of Burlington, 400 S. Broad St., Burlington, NC 27215.
