He is survived by: his wife Carrie Sockwell Richardson; his children, Nathan Cornelious Richardson III of Burlington, Lawrence Richardson of Sedalia, CieLea Cox of Raleigh, NC, Leaia Richardson of Burlington, NC, Julia Richardson of Burlington, NC and Natia Richardson of Durham, NC; his siblings, Robert Lawrence Richardson of Colorado, Barbara McCain of Brown Summit and Carolyn Byrd of Greensboro; and his grandson Johnathan Cox Jr.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
