He was predeceased by: his parents, Harrison Hanford Williams and Allie Roupe Williams; his wife Mildred Summers Williams; his son-in-law Steve Barker; and his siblings, Helen Williams Scott, Harry Williams, Jr., Paul Williams and Kenneth Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Janie Barker, Linda Hogan (Rudy) and Dennis Williams (Jo Ann); his grandchildren, Andrea Garrison (Rodney), Jamie Hogan (Jodi) and Jeff Hogan (Kelly); and his great grandchildren, Hayden Garrison (Kensley) of Trinity Hogan, A. J, Alex Hogan and Bailey Hogan.
