It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Linda May of Gibsonville, North Carolina, born in Altavista, Virginia, who passed away on January 19, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Bennett Wilson, Sr. and Vernell Reynolds Wilson; and her brother Guy Bennett Wilson, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Donald Jennings May, Sr.; her children, Donald "Donnie" Jennings May, Jr. (Alison) and Jennifer "Jenny" May Surmons (Brandon); her grandchildren, Austin Lee May, Victoria "Torie" Leigh May, Luke Andrew May, Brett Parker Surmons and Emily May Surmons; and her sisters, Sandra Kaye Wilson Farmer, Elizabeth "Betsy" Jane Wilson Bennett and Paula Eugene Wilson Watkins.
During this difficult time as we deal with Covid, the family understands if you do not feel comfortable attending the services for Linda. For those that are able to attend the service, please wear a mask and practice safe social distancing.
