He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Pugh and Pauline Pugh; and his brother Tommy Pugh. He is survived by: his spouse Jewel Rebecca; his daughters, Janet Gould (Brian), Cindy Skipworth (Marc) and Christie Manns (John); his great grandchild McKinley Skipworth; and his nephew Jamie Pugh.
