She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie R. "Pete" Gates and Gracie Mae Wright Gates; and her siblings, Judy Cutler, Sandra Brown and Danny Gates.
She is survived by: her daughter Sue Allison Rabon (Jerry); her grandchildren, Allyson Morton (Dustin), Jeremy Satterfield (Kaitlyn), Hannah Woods, Kimberly Woods and Dylan Woods; her great grandchildren, Brody Satterfield, Finley Satterfield and Raylan Morton; her sisters, Dianne Mann and Sherry Troxler; and her close friend Flonnie Moize.
