We are sad to announce that on February 9, 2025, at the age of 73, Johnny Allen McKinney of Gibsonville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Empson and Alma Naomi Clayton McKinney; and his nephew Bradley Mair. He is survived by: his wife Hilda Kernodle McKinney; his sons, Jason McKinney (Ragen) and Jeffrey McKinney (Alix); his grandsons, Michael John, Cooper, Eli, Wyatt and Duke; his sister Janet Mair (Scott); his nieces, Katie Mair and Alli Adams (Blake); his great-nieces, Livi and Lila Adams; and his caregivers, Audrey and Sheena.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Altamahaw Baptist Church, located at 3445 Altamahaw Church Street, Elon, NC 27244.
