He was predeceased by: his parents, James Barney Blevins and Elsie Heath Blevins; and his sister Martha Lovorn. He is survived by: his wife Mildred; his children, Mary McMillan (Mike), Tammy Cassell (Shawn) and John Blevins (Tracey); and his grandchildren, Brayden McMillan, Chance Cassell, Adrianna Blevins, Brice McMillan, Lee McMillan and Chase McMillan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
