He is survived by: his wife Cathy Probert Justice; his children, Danny Fleming (Wendy) and Jackie Justice (Grace); his grandsons, Hunter (Samantha), Brennan and Gavin Fleming; his great grandchildren, Lanie and Wrenley; his siblings, Jesse Justice, Diane Watkins and Duke Justice; and his stepsisters, Marie Louise Thomas, Dot McKinney, Jeanette Apple and Louise Jefferson.
