He is survived by: his parents, Julius Vance Andrews, Jr. and Catherine Isley Andrews; his children, Zachary Vance Andrews, Jordan Kellie Andrews and Leelon Julius Andrews; his sister Annette Andrews (Amy); his close friend Troy Winchester; and his children, Jennifer Teague and Michelle Aldridge.
