He was predeceased by: his parents, Jonah Carol Burgess and Mozell Wyrick Burgess. He is survived by: his daughter Gloria B. Reichert of Snow Camp; and his granddaughters, Angela Christian and Mikki Kendrick (Tim). He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
