He was predeceased by: his siblings, Johnny Garmon (Nancy) and Linda Rumple. He is survived by: his daughters, Cynthia Robin Fox (Timothy) of Garner and Pamela Sue Staley (Clint) of Burlington; his grandchildren, David Fox, Tim Fox, Joshua Fox, Jacob Staley and Rebekah Staley; his great grandchildren, Noah, Sophie and Devin; and his siblings, Bruce Garmon of Morganton and Betty Bridges of Morganton.
