She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvin Parker and Betty Holland Parker; her husband Barney Scott; her daughter Becky Scott; her granddaughter Jennifer Scott; her son-in-law Kenny Frye; and her siblings, Leo Parker, Stanley Parker, Nelson Parker, Howard Parker, Clarence Parker and Mary Drewery.
She is survived by: her children, Bobby Scott (Anne) of Elon, Jimmy Scott (Sandra), Danny Scott of Gibsonville, Patricia Paschal (Alonza) of Reidsville, Linda Frye of Chapel Hill and Anita Capps (Huey) of Burlington. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and eleven great grandchildren.
