She is survived by: her mother Lavana Ireland Thomas; her sons, AJ Lewis and Jacob Lewis; her stepfather Jim Thomas; her siblings, John Bunn and Michelle "Missy" Bunn Holt (Scott); and her nieces and nephews, Amber Bunn, Kimberly Bunn, Catherine Tutor, Victoria Holt, Patrick Holt and Anthony Holt.
