He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ernest "Man" Locklear and Betty Troublefield Locklear. He is survived by: his brothers, Timothy "Timmy" Lee Locklear of Laurel Hill and Richard "Ricky" Locklear of Laurinburg. He is also survived by his extended family and friends.
