He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles L. Weaver and Corrine Eleanor Gull Weaver; and his brother Charlie L. Weaver. He is survived by: his children, Jeremy P. Weaver of Holden Beach, Benjamin L. Weaver of Gibson and Kelley A. Witherspoon of Laurinburg; the mother of his children Brenda Bowers of Laurinburg; his brother Terry Weaver of St. Petersburg, FL; and his sister-in-law Mindy Weaver of Hilton Head, SC. He is also survived by six grandchildren, along with his loving extended family.
