She is survived by: her children, Kenny Freeman of Midland, NC, William T. "Timmy" Freeman of Garden City, SC and Geraldine F. Blackwell (Taz) of Gibson; her sisters, Annie Ruth Oxendine and Janice Oxendine; her grandchildren, Paige Soles (Ray), Scotty Blackwell (Cheryl), Kaylee Freeman and Colby Freeman; her great grandchildren, Brooke King (Kyle), Lindsay Chavis (Nick), Keith Blackwell, Mallory Tickell, Aaron Brown, Kaytlin Short and Kathleen Ard; and her great great grandchildren, Paisleigh Hendrix, Bryce King, Sutton Blackwell, Madisynn Chavis, Leilani Chavis and Miles Chavis. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, extended family, devoted friends, and her church family.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Springfield Church of God (10101 Gibson Rd, Laurel Hill, NC 28351). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Pinecrest Cemetery. A burial was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at the same location.
