We are sad to announce that on October 17, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Tommy Lee Lanier of Germanton, North Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Lanier and Essie Lanier; and his brother-in-law H. R. Butner, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Butner Lanier; his sons, Bryan Lanier (Becky) of Harrisburg, NC and Barry Lanier (Sue) of Davidson County; his grandchildren, Eoin, Elizabeth, Robert and Lily; his siblings-in-law, Janice Williams (Mike), Cheryl Butner, Sharon Silliman (Greg) and Tony Butner (Deborah); and his friend Rommie G. Knight. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mineral Springs Volunteer Fire and Rescue Inc., 1338 Old Hollow Rd., Winston-Salem NC or a charity of your choice.
