She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur "Buck" Johnson; her parents, Kelsey Stanley and Ollie Shephard Stanley; and her siblings, Callie, Dare, Mae, Ethel, Flossie, Juanita, Jacob, Bill, Jim, Kyle and Banner.
She is survived by: her daughters, Judy Cox (Steve) of Dobson and Janet McPeak (Benny) of Pilot Mountain; her grandchildren, Ken McPeak (Susan), Beth Painter (Jeff), Mindy Marion (Scott) and Jennifer Cox; her great grandchildren, Jacob Marion, Cassidy Marion, Kaitlyn Matthews and Brianna Matthews; and her sister Evon Holder of Hays. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
