She was predeceased by: her parents, John Braxton and Minnie Montgomery Chapman; her husband Derema; her son-in-law Gary Lovette; and her siblings, Robert Chapman and Nina Boles.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy W. Lovette and Mickey L. Westmoreland (Jewell); her grandchildren, Jeff Lovette, Amanda Cromer (Matt), Cory Lovette, Braxton Westmoreland, Jessica Hollinghead (Derrick) and Cody Westmoreland; her great grandchildren, Austin Cromer, Tyler Chrismon, Landon Lovette, Molly Cromer, Madison Lovette, Karleigh Lovette, Elin Lovette, Coby Lovette, Miles Hollinghead and Ellery Lane Westmoreland; and her great great grandchildren, Paisley Chrismon and Kase Chrismon. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
