We are sad to announce that on February 13, 2020, at the age of 80, Joanna Crews Boles (Germanton, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph V. Crews and Della Crews Massey; her husband Don Cicero Boles; and her son Don Christopher Boles. She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Boles of Stokesdale and Amy Haynes (Bryan); her grandchildren, Christopher Lee Boles, Jessica Boles Hooker and Mary Elizabeth Boles (Will Bennett); her great grandchildren, Payton, Lexie, Raelyn, Ayden, Jaxson and Anthony; her sister Emma Geraldine Smith (Leo); her sister-in-law Mozelle Boles; her goddaughter Lori Webb; and her friend Linda Sanders. She is also survived by 4 nephews, 1 niece.
