She is survived by: her husband James Roscoe Smith; her children, Randy Smith (Cathy), Roger Smith (Angela), Shelia Smith, Sherry Shelton (Billy) and Tabatha Alexander (Shane); her sister Wanda Kay Tilley (Robert); her grandchildren, Amy Smith, Stephanie Pike, Valorie Neugent, Andrew Alexander, Allen Smith, Megan Smith, Bryce Alexander, Andrew Smith, Christopher Shelton and Conner Alexander; and her great grandchildren, Thomas Pike, Kadalyn Pike, Noah Smouse, Abbigale Smouse and Jaxson Smouse.
