She is survived by: her husband Tony Lee Lewis; her daughters, Dawn Lawson, Tamra Rhodes (Mike) and Beth Leisure (Lee); her grandchildren, Jonathan Bullins and Emma Leisure; and her great grandchildren, Blake, Justin and Waylan Bullins.
