He was predeceased by: his parents, Celestino Rosario and Sophia Rosario; and his siblings, Isabel, Victoria, Alice and George.
He is survived by: his wife Felipa "Phyllis" Rosario; his sons, David W. (Sharon) and Bruce; his grandchildren, David S. and Grace Rosario; his sisters, Gladys and Margaret (Francois); and his brother-in-law John.
